To place an order, you must be at least of 19 years old and reside within Canada.

No, all orders must be shipped to Canadian addresses.

All orders placed before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the same day. Please note that your e-Transfer must be received before our cut-off time.

All orders without payment sent will be automatically be cancelled within 72 hours (3 days). Please let us know if you are proceeding with your order and need additional time to send your payment.

Yes, you earn rewards points for every dollar you spend. Points add up automatically after each order. Refer to our Points and Rewards Program for more information on how you can earn more points!


We accept Bitcoins and Interac e-Transfers.

Once we receive your e-Transfer, we will process your order for shipping. Please note that it may take up to an hour for us to receive your e-Transfer.

You may have sent the e-Transfer to the incorrect email address. Please contact your bank to cancel it.


All orders are shipped discretely and with smell proof packaging via Canada Post Xpresspost provided with a tracking number.

All orders over $200 will receive free Xpresspost shipping. Orders under $150, shipping is a flat rate of $20.

With Canada Post Xpresspost, shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are not guaranteed. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
